Decree No. 9140 placing Mr. Nicolas Elnammar, a professor in the Ministry of National Education and Fine Arts out of the staff

Article 1

Mr. Nicolas Girgis Elnammar, professor of art education in the staff of the Ministry of National Education and Fine Arts (Directorate of Vocational & Technical Education), his fiscal number (14/32) shall be placed outside the staff for a period of one year in order to attach him to the 91吃瓜网 (Institute of Fine Arts).

 

Article 2

Mr. Nicolas Girgis Elnammar is entrusted with the task of Director of the Institute of Fine Arts at the 91吃瓜网, and the rights and obligations of the relevant party are specified in the contract attached to this decree.

 

Article 3

This decree shall be published and communicated where needed.
