Article 1
Dr. Cendrella Abou Fayad is appointed Director of the Higher Institute of Applied and Economic Sciences (ISSAE).
Article 2
She continues to receive the salary due to her from the university budget, and receives from the ISSAE budget the difference between the salary due to her according to the ISSAE professor salary series and the salary base she receives from the university budget, in addition to the administrative allowance mentioned in the Institute's professor regulations.
Article 3
Dr. Abou Fayad benefits from the thirteenth salary and daily transport allowance in addition to all financial aid received by full-time professors at the Institute.
Article 4
The present decision will be communicated wherever necessary and will be implemented immediately after its publication.
