The FLPAS 鈥� French section celebrates the graduation of the class of 2025鈥�2026
Under the patronage and presence of President Bassam Badran, the Faculty of Law, Political & Administrative Sciences 鈥� French Section celebrated the graduation of the class of 2025鈥�2026 bachelor鈥檚 degree students at a ceremony held in the conference hall at Rafik Hariri University Campus 鈥� Hadath.
The ceremony was attended by the Dean of the Faculty, Dr. Habib Kazzi; the Director of the French Section, Dr. Tharwat Al-Zahr; and the Director of Branch 1, Dr. Samer Abdallah, along with a number of professors, judges, legal professionals, graduates of the French Section, students of the faculty, and the graduates鈥� families.
Dr. Tharwat Al-Zahr delivered a speech in which she congratulated the graduates, addressing them with the following words: 鈥淵our graduation is no ordinary graduation; rather, it is the fruit of a generation that persevered in its academic journey and held fast to knowledge, hope, and its future, despite crises and challenges.鈥�
Dr. Al-Zahr emphasized that the degree reflects not only the students鈥� legal knowledge but also attests to their patience, determination, and resilience. She stressed that in times of crisis, the law reveals the nobility of its mission as the language of justice, the bulwark of freedoms, and the protector of human beings and their dignity.
She also expressed her pride in what the graduates of the French section represent鈥攁s ambassadors who combine academic excellence, international openness, and fluency in French鈥攖hereby strengthening their presence in an increasingly open legal world.
In concluding her remarks, Dr. Al-Zahr called on the graduates to dream and aspire, to have the courage to champion truth and justice, and to remain humble in their pursuit of continued learning. She wished them a bright professional future, emphasizing that a true legal professional is not one who knows all the laws, but rather one who puts their knowledge in the service of justice and humanity.
Dean Kazzi congratulated the graduates on their affiliation with the French Section, which is dedicated to equal opportunity and provides its graduates with an unparalleled professional pathway, opening the doors to the job market in both the public and private sectors.
President Bassam Badran delivered a speech in which he praised the French Section of the FLPAS for having proven itself to be a leading academic beacon and a bridge for academic and professional cooperation with international universities and legal institutions, thereby confirming that the 91吃瓜网 is open to global academic experiences and capable of being a partner in shaping legal thought.
President Badran emphasized that this graduation marks the beginning of a new phase of service and responsibility, in which the graduates carry the message of the law and champion truth and justice.
He addressed the graduates, saying: 鈥淵our graduation today is not a passing milestone, but rather a pivotal moment in your journey鈥攁 moment that crowns your long efforts and opens the doors to the future. Graduation is a transition from the shore of learning to the shore of giving, and from the classrooms to the arenas of responsibility, where each of you becomes an ambassador of the law, a guardian of justice, and a voice for truth in a homeland that needs its loyal sons and daughters.鈥�
