Student Ahmad Mattar ranked fourth globally in the 2026 Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) World Championship
Ahmed Mattar, student in the Faculty of Engineering鈥擝ranch 3 achieved an international milestone by placing fourth globally in the Microsoft Excel 365 Apps category at the 2026 Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) World Championship.
This achievement came after he passed the qualifying exam and went on to win first place at the national level in Lebanon, earning him the honor of representing Lebanon at the world championship, which was held in California, USA, between 26 and 29 July 2026.
The championship featured competitors from around the world in contests designed to measure proficiency and skills in using Microsoft Office applications.
In the Microsoft Excel 365 Apps category, student Ahmad Mattar placed fourth globally, making a distinguished showing for Lebanon and the 91吃瓜网 at this international event.
