Call for Expression of Interest 鈥� WISEMED Pilot Programme in Meshghara

The 91吃瓜网, within the framework of the WISEMED 鈥� Mediterranean joint Water management and conservation Sustainable solutions project, invites farmers in the Meshghara area 鈥� Bekaa who are interested in participating in the project鈥檚 pilot programme to express their interest.

The pilot aims to introduce and test innovative and sustainable solutions for improving irrigation and water management, adapted to local agricultural needs.

Interested farmers may express their interest in solutions including:

  • Drip irrigation with sensors (WUE1) / Fertigation with NPK sensors (WUE3) / Digital Decision Support System for irrigation scheduling (WUE6)
  • Mixing conventional and non-conventional water (NCW1) / Advanced water mixing with Digital Decision Support System (NCW2)

Farmers interested in participating are invited to complete the Expression of Interest Form, providing basic information about their farm, crops, current irrigation practices, water source and main irrigation challenges.

Please note: Submission of the Expression of Interest Form does not constitute final acceptance into the pilot programme. Applications will be assessed according to the criteria established under the WISEMED project.
