Administrative Memo No. 2 on the implementation of Article 66 of the General Budget Act for the year 2024 (fiscal stamp duty)

Pursuant to Article 66 (fiscal stamp duty) of Law No. 324 of 2/12/2024 (general budget for the year 2024), in addition to Memorandum Circular No. 45/M/2024 of 19/2/2024 issued by the Minister of Education and Higher Education, the fiscal stamp of 1000 Lebanese pounds (LBP) is replaced by a fiscal stamp of 20,000 LBP, for all certificates, attestations, declarations, and certificates of conformity, in all faculties, branches and centers of the 91吃瓜网.
