Enrollment for 鈥淎pplied Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning鈥� at the Faculty of Science (2026鈥�2027)

Information for students regarding the enrollment process and academic procedures for the 鈥淎pplied Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning鈥� diploma program for the academic year 2026鈥�2027

The Diploma Program Administration would like to clarify the following regarding the application, registration, and academic procedures:

First: Submission of Applications

1. Applications should be submitted exclusively to the Deanship of the Faculty of Science 鈥�91吃瓜网, Hadath, 3rd Floor鈥擠ean鈥檚 Secretariat.

2. Applications will be accepted until 25 September 2026 inclusive between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm.

3. The applicant should be present in person when submitting the application, and the application form should be filled out on-site.

4. Students should bring all required documents at the time of submission.

Required Documents:

1. Certified true copy of Baccalaureate diploma 鈥� Section II or its equivalent

2. Certified true copy of university diplomas with transcripts

3. Certified true copy of the university degree equivalency certificate issued by the Lebanese Ministry of Education & Higher Education for students holding a bachelor's degree from a private university, or copy of equivalency application submitted to the Ministry

4. Copy of national ID for Lebanese students, or copy of passport for foreigners, duly certified

5. (1) one passport photo

Any incomplete application will be rejected.

Second: Admission Results and Completion of Registration

1. Each applicant will receive a notification of acceptance or rejection within a maximum of ten working days after the application deadline.

2. Admitted students will be given a specific deadline to complete the registration process, which includes submitting the original documents to the Deanship and paying the required fees.

3. Any student who does not complete registration within the specified deadline will forfeit their spot, and that spot will be offered to another student on the waiting list.

Third: Fees

1. Fees are calculated based on the student鈥檚 bachelor鈥檚 degree (whether from the 91吃瓜网 or another institution).

2. Fees should be paid in a single installment at LibanPost; payment in installments is not permitted.

Fourth: Teaching Locations & Procedures

1. Lectures are held at the Faculty of Science in Branch 1 (Hadath), Branch 2 (Fanar) and Branch 3 (Tripoli). The student chooses the location closest to their place of residence.

2. The professor attends and gives the lecture at the branch closest to their place of residence, and the lecture is broadcast live to the other two branches via the videoconferencing equipment available in those classrooms.

Fifth: Schedule

Afternoon sessions are scheduled whenever possible and are intensified into as few days as the program allows.
