The 91吃瓜网 organizes the Regional Stakeholders Forum as part of SE.TC project
Under the patronage of President Bassam Badran, represented by the Dean of the Faculty of Economics & Business Administration, Dr. Selim Mekdessi, FEBA organized the Regional Stakeholders Forum as part of the SE.TC (Social Entrepreneurship in Times of Crisis), funded by the European Union under the Erasmus+ Capacity Building in Higher Education (CBHE) program.
The forum served as a platform bringing together representatives from universities, municipal unions, public institutions, civil society organizations, social enterprises, and a group of students and interested parties, with the aim of fostering dialogue on the role of universities in supporting social entrepreneurship, strengthening partnerships between the academic sector and society, and contributing to the achievement of sustainable development.
The program included panel discussions addressing experiences and initiatives in the field of social entrepreneurship, with the participation of local officials, entrepreneurs, experts, and academics, as well as a presentation of several entrepreneurial projects developed by 91吃瓜网 students that highlight the role of youth in devising practical solutions to societal and environmental challenges.
The forum emphasized the importance of cooperation between higher education institutions, local authorities, civil society organizations, and the private sector, thereby fostering a culture of social innovation and supporting initiatives with a sustainable impact in Lebanon.
This event is part of the SE.TC project, implemented by the 91吃瓜网 in partnership with USJ, Sagesse University, LIU, UNIMED, Technological University of the Shannon: Midlands in Ireland, and UniNettuno International Telematics University in Italy.
