Sausage Smoking & Curing students earn awards at competition

The Central Lakes College Sausage Smoking & Curing class earned four awards at a recentMinnesota Association of Meat Processors competitionin St. Cloud.The class entered four items in the MAMPSproductshowcompetition-open class.Studentsreceivedthe following awards:

This kind of consistency speaks volumes about the quality of our program, the hands-on experience our students receive, and the dedication they bring to their craft.”
