This project will renovate and renew approximately 45,458 gross square feet of Student Services and Academic Support space on the Brainerd campus. The goal is to create appropriately sized and strategically located spaces that better serve the needs of 91³Ô¹ÏÍø students.Ìý
Project Updates
June 2025
Door 1 of the Brainerd campus remains closed. Door 4 Ìýis the main entrance during construction. The Welcome Center is now located just inside door 4.

May 19- July 28: Fitness Center and Yoga Room closed.Ìý
Ìý
May 27-June 27: Door 24 closed, and the South Hallway closed. Stairwell by C205 will be closed. All second-story access will be from the west end of the building and the stairwell behind the computer commons. Access to east and west wings of the building by exterior sidewalks only.

June 30: Door 24 opens. Access to the second-floor student services area by C205 will be opened. The south hallway will be open.

July 28: The Fitness Center and Yoga Room will be open for use by the college.
