Transferring Credits to 91³Ô¹ÏÍø
91³Ô¹ÏÍø requires official transcripts to transfer coursework/credits to 91³Ô¹ÏÍø.

91³Ô¹ÏÍø has the ability to retrieve  e-transcripts. Note that you must request a University of Minnesota transcript since that is not part of MinnState. If your Minnstate courses are not displaying on your Degree Audit within two weeks of applying to 91³Ô¹ÏÍø or you have added, dropped, or completed a course, notify transfer@clcmn.edu.
Official transcripts must be requested if you attended a college or university outside of Minnstate or have completed credit for prior learning including Military Experience, AP-Advanced Placement, CLEP-College Level Examination Program, DSST-DANTES Subject Standardized Tests, IB-International Baccalaureate, Credit for Advanced Standing, or World Language Seals and Certificates. 91³Ô¹ÏÍø accepts transcripts delivered electronically through secured servers including, but not limited to, Parchment, National Student Clearinghouse, and Joint Services Transcript (JST).
91³Ô¹ÏÍø awards transfer credit for international credit earned at eligible colleges and universities outside of the United States. Please view 91³Ô¹ÏÍø International Credential Evaluation Procedure 3.21.2 for more information.
Official paper transcripts may be mailed to Records and Registration, 501 West College Drive, Brainerd MN 56401. Official paper transcripts must be received in a sealed envelope. Hand-delivered transcripts must arrive unopened with the official seal intact. Student copies, emailed, or faxed transcripts are not considered official. There will be processing delays with paper transcripts.
Central Lakes College complies with Minnesota State System Policies and Procedures for evaluating transfer courses and credits, including Undergraduate Course Credit and Credit Transfer and the Minnesota Transfer Curriculum (Policy 3.21); Transfer of Undergraduate Courses, Credit, Associate Degrees and the Minnesota Transfer Curriculum (Procedure 3.21.1 Part 9); and Transfer Rights and Responsibilities (Policy 3.39).
Transfer Review and Appeals
